Orders & payment
Add products to your cart, click Checkout, enter your delivery and payment details and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number — orders placed before 1 pm PT usually ship the same day.
New customers can use WELCOME15 for 15% off the first order, and newsletter subscribers receive exclusive codes. One code per order.
Shipping & delivery
Standard US shipping is $7.95 and free on orders over $99. Express shipping costs $19.95. International rates start at $14.95.
Standard US delivery takes 3–6 business days, express 1–2 business days. International delivery usually takes 5–18 business days depending on the destination.
Yes. Surfboards ship in reinforced packaging with free freight on boards over $299 within the contiguous US. International board shipping is available on request.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
You can return unused items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Wetsuits must not have been worn in the water.
Yes — we offer one free size exchange on wetsuits and gloves within the contiguous US. Contact us and we will send a prepaid label.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

It depends on your water temperature. Try our Wetsuit Finder quiz — it recommends a thickness and style in under a minute.
Yes, it is the best way to start. Soft-tops are stable, float well and are much safer if they bump into you.
Rinse it in cool fresh water after every session, dry it inside-out in the shade and hang it folded over a wide hanger. Never use hot water.
